I am not sure why the Democrats get away with this racist thinking and policies.

What is weird is that people engaged in this activity often can't see the double standard. If they do it to someone else that they think deserves it, it is okay or even justice. But if it is done to them, it is evil incarnate.
The problem is racist thinking. If you classify people by race in your mind, you are more likely to falsely attribute characteristics to people of that race, even when it is not true for specific individuals.
The idea that all whites are racist, or all blacks are poor, or all blacks are Democrats, or all white males are Republican, are both inaccurate and toxic. On the practical side, it leads to bad decision making based on inaccurate data, and on the personal side, it harms people and inflames outrage and hatred.
Anyone who attacks people based on race is a racist, and we need to start labelling people as such, without the double standards.
And people, organization, and political parties that make their decisions and policies based on this sort of thinking will inevitably fumble and lose credibility.

The Democratic Party is the party is slavery, so it is rooted in racist thinking. The only difference now is that they feel guilty about it, so they are overcompensating by favoring BIPOC over whites and Asians. But they are still inherently racist people because that is how they think.

To be fair, there are racist people on both sides. This is especially prevalent in law enforcement where they often profile someone based on the color of their skin and people of color often get harsher punishments.

True. But that does not make racism right.
